"Close enough to the airport to be an easy place to stay after a late arrival, this hotel made us wish we had more time there before leaving for Manuel Antonio. The pool and the plants feel as tropical as they possibly could, and the breakfast bar was top notch too. Friendly staff, easy shuttle service, and really, all we could ask for at this price point for this sort of stay. Highly recommend it."
"Yes, the room was spotless and the service was great. When we asked for towels, they were very kind and helpful with making sure we had what we needed. The pool was relaxing and the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. Excellent stay! "

Front desk Staffs are okay. - they did their job but not as welcoming or accommodating as staffs in other resorts in Carribean. And don’t expect early check in, the front desk have us wait till 3pm to check in ( I guess the room was ready before check in , I was waiting at the lobby, but they didn’t notify me the room was ready until I ask them if it was ready at 3pm.
Restaurant staffs were really nice and excellent service.
I think I will not come back to Costa Rica, rather go to DR or Cancun for my next trip.
