"My room had just been cleaned as I had to wait and I went upstairs with the concierge as he has my case. It smelt of smoke and he went and got some air freshener and sprayed the room. Bests were comfortable, towels old and frayed not like a 5 star at all. I heard people/kids running through the corridors all night screaming shouting. "
