"Nice & clean room! Wonderful staff! People were very friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and appreciated the hotel’s staff and service.
We liked the onsen very much.
Thanks for everything!
There were also a very nice and green walking path and garden nearby the hotel. The subway was close to the hotel too.
Very good restaurants nearby. There was also a Vietnamese restaurant nearby with many good choices of foods."
"The rooms were a bit smaller than I anticipated but I think thats just a Japan thing, otherwise it was great. Felt really safe there, it was a good location, lots of eating options within the hotel, family mart on site 24/7, super clean. Would stay again."
Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3
8/10 Good
"We used the hotel as a stopping point on our way home from Japan to the United States. We had just finished a two week stay in Japan including a nine-day cruise to various Japan ports and Busan, So. Korea. Our ship arrived in Tokyo at 7 am and our flight home was not until 10 p.m. So we booked the room at the Villa Fontaine to rest for the day, prior to our flight.
We chose the hotel as it was attached to the Delta Airlines Terminal #3 at Haneda Airport.
Upon check-in they told us that our reservation did not cover our arrival an that we need to pay the full amount for the stay. We told them we had paid Expedia, but they said we would need to request the refund from them. We are attempting that now.
Also included was a visit to their hot spring's spa.
Little did we know that the spa was a 'sans swimsuit' experience. In otherwards, no clothing allowed. Needless to say, I am almost 80 and my wife in the mid 70's, decided the spa was not for us.
We also found a small mall and shops attached to the hotel and between it and the airport terminal. this did make some of our visit practical and nice."
"The Shinagawa Prince Hotel was an outstanding choice for our time in Tokyo. Perfectly located right across the street from Shinagawa Station, the hotel offers incredibly easy access to anywhere you want to go, both in and out of the city. For travelers looking to explore Tokyo and beyond, you simply can't beat this location.
The rooms are well appointed and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. But what truly made our experience memorable was the staff. The customer service here is exceptional and everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. They even adjusted the dates of our visit without any trouble or additional charges at all, which took a great deal of stress off our plans.
Although our Japanese was very limited, the staff spoke English well and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. That kind of warmth and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great experience in Tokyo."
"The hotel is located well within walking distance of the train station and in a good area for sightseeing, shops and dining. The staff are super friendly and always there to help with even the smallest of issues, but sadly that is where the good points end. The hotel rooms are of a good size but very, very tired. Although clean enough there are some nasty stains on the carpets and the bathrooms are straight from the eighties, the beds were uncomfortable and i think the pillows were filled with concrete they were that hard. We stayed for 5 nights and paid for breakfast, that was also a big mistake. The dining room was filthy, the carpet was disgusting and the tables are just inches apart. Although the food was nice the total experience wasn`t i`m afraid. Cheaper and far better hotels in the same vicinity."
