They exceeded my expectations, the hotel itself is beautiful and it makes you feel super relaxed. The staff is super kind, the room was big and nicely decorated. I got a massage in my room with Lulú and it was amazing.

…missing a connection sucks a$$ and when you’re disgruntled and have no where to go - finding out this hotel was in this airport turned my frown upside down and I went asleep. They were able to accommodate a late check out which subsided the lack of flights out of here and having to sit for a day made it not dreadful. Basically if you get stuck in Guadalajara I would stay here.

Stayed here on honeymoon. Rented a car and explored the Yucatan using the Hacienda as a base. Wonderful property, the casitas maya are excellent, and the food at the restaurant (especially breakfast) is the best of what the region has to offer. The staff are discrete, almost entirely out of site but quickly in the room to clean up once you leave for dinner, etc.
Great place.

Great staff! Breakfast options were A . Room was clean. You can walk to nearby museum/park just be careful with traffic. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the nearby shopping mall you just have to request it in the lobby. This area is safe! Great Mountain View’s from 18th floor. The pool is heated, spacious and has incredible views. Ubers are easily accessible. Hotel has a lobby before the main lobby where you can easily wait for Uber eats orders. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was amazing from our first interaction with the girl down at the front desk who greeted us with a smile right off the bat she was super nice and friendly. Everyone was really helpful if we needed anything they were quick to respond. The rooms were super clean they all have a stove, fridge, microwave & little eating area. Which I loved especially traveling with a toddler it made it easier for me to put snacks and food away. It is located within walking distance to the beach 🌊

Hacienda Santa Rosa will forever live in my memory as one of the most magical places I've stayed. Despite being managed by a hotel chain, it hasn't lost its patina and authenticity. It is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. I loved our tranquil room with sky-high ceilings, lovely tile work, and a view of a garden outside our window. Because there are only a few guest rooms, the staff spoiled us with attention and kindness--I've never been treated so well before. We were delighted with...

The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus.
I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. Also two bottles of water every day was a nice touch.
The room was spacious, and staff was very welcoming.
I could find a few things to complain about, but for the price I paid, I don’t want to.

My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. I highly recommend this hotel for a five-star getaway

It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.
