"Staff at check in and in restaurant very nice and accommodating.
Great gym with much more equipment than I have seen in most hotels.
Very comfortable mattress on bed.
You do hear some honking of cars from 2nd floor."
"There is no weekend entertainment at this hotel, you only see the staff at the front desk. No one even call your room to ask how your experiences. Limited English language especially house keeping, room service. The staff at the front of the building are very helpful with transportation and understand English. One pool not even big enough for all the guest.Breakfast was quiet okay with enough varieties."
"This Hotel is 3 Stars, rooms are large but very cold and little furniture, the shower in the bathroom had 2/3 broken tiles and the fan in the bathroom is like sitting on the runway , the breakfast is very basic and the cook that they had present couldn’t make a simple omelet, the location is secluded but safe, if you are a tourist, I think it will be out of the way to travel to the rest of the city,
For the same buck$, I think you can stay in a much better hotel,"
"My stay at the Radisson Hotel Panama Canal was exceptional, thanks to both the property and its staff. Each morning began with the excellent daily breakfast at the Bridge View Restaurant, where the spread was fresh, varied, and always satisfying. Lunch at the Lobby Bar was a standout, so much so that I ordered the shrimp and pasta twice. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and memorable, it was one of the best meals I’ve had at any hotel. Dessert was equally impressive: the Bailey’s Tres Leche cake was monumentally good, truly worth a trip to Panama on its own. Drinks were another highlight, with the sangria and piña colada both refreshing and expertly prepared. For my daily caffeine fix, Café 1914 delivered consistently excellent café lattes, a ritual I looked forward to each afternoon. Beyond the food and drink, service made the stay special. Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff was always polite and helpful. My room attendant, Eloisa, took wonderful care of me, ensuring I was always stocked with coffee and creamers, small touches that made a big difference. The combination of attentive staff, delicious dining, and comfortable accommodations made this hotel a perfect base for exploring the canal. I left with fond memories and a strong desire to return."
"We arrived about 2 hours before check in time but they were so accommodating and immediately gave us a room. Starting with the bellhop who directed us to the lobby which was in the 5th floor (unusual) who ss soon ss he found out that we were going to leave st 5 AM to another adventure, he ordered a breakfast box for us to take in to our trip. Dinner was exquisite, we had the pork ribs and mashed potatoes suggested by the waiter who obviously know his menu, they were to die for. Dessert was also delicious. The pool is indoors and the gym is absolutely amazing. I am definitely coming back after visiting San Blas and stay here a little bit longer. I highly recommend Americas Golden Tower hotel 🏨 "
