Very clean , nice location , walk everythere

The food was excellent and the staff was pleasent and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Amenities like the pool were nice and the room was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

This is my second stay on this trip to Cusco due to the Machu Picchu excursion. I gotta mention this place is equipped with Smart TVs, so important to many of you and great breakfasts!! Again Marjory and Yohan are so friendly and extremely attentive to customers needs!!

This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. Located near everything! Beautiful, clean room. I had a view of the ocean. I loved this property. Will definitely come back. It's a no brainer if you want to enjoy Lima.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!

This is THE place to stay in Pucallpa! My first time here but I will definitely be staying here next time. The property is beautiful and quiet and the staff is very friendly. They also have a dieta friendly menu in restaurant.

This property is a few months old and is still sparkling new. I came through Lima last month and stayed at the JW Marriott. I didn’t enjoy my stay there and am thrilled I booked the Pullman instead on my return. The hotel is smaller but the staff, guest rooms, service and amenities are all beyond what I expected. Absolutely awesome place. I got upgraded because of Orbitz, so had a very nice big room. If you like light though, get a room with a view to the outside. Things generally worked great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful if anything went wrong. The wine and complementary platters were fantastic. The food in restaurant was great. Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas. The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.

Very convenient location and helpful staffs!

Great location—just a short walk from the main plaza, but in a quieter area by a nice park, which I preferred since the plaza can be very busy and loud. There are quite a few stairs, but the staff helps with luggage and customer service was very good. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They also offer complimentary coca tea in the lobby, plus a water bottle refill station.

The best feature of this hotel was the care that each employee gave to their guests. My family stayed there for 4 nights and received nothing but outstanding and personalized service, which included free airport pick up, called to order dinner to be delivered from a local restaurant and let us eat in dining room (they did the dishes), the wonderful Karina who made fresh eggs and toast each morning with a vast array of fruits, cereals yogurts and homemade cookies to take for a snack. Arrived early and yet I was accommodated right away. The room is roomy, nice clean beds and sheets and the bathroom is super clean. The staff is super friendly and nice. The buffet has nice selections, good enough to start your morning and there's always tea and coffee available at the lobby 24/7. The entire place is very comfortable and safe.

Excellent staff, very polite and very hospitable. Nice facility close proximity to airport good breakfast. Very clean bathrooms and bedroom orderly need. Not super luxurious but a great hotel.
