Top notch hotel and top notch staff. Highly recommend for anyone.

Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out. We also experienced ants in our sink, but again the staff was very prompt in getting it fixed. The Meritel advertises that it has soundproofed rooms, but this is not the case. The hotel is located in the old town next to all the attractions. The location is great, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar is spectacular. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Lan speaks good English and always ready to help, she scheduled a 3 days trip for us from A to Z, thank you Lan. I am highly recommend the hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, they are not big but give you everything you need. Shower are great.

This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend!

Terrific boat and service. I did not like that we could not sit wherever we wanted at the restaurant. We ended up seating next people that don't speak English.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. The staff at The Signature completes the amazing experience. The building is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great area that makes it easy to walk The Ancient Town. All the workers were so friendly and kind, which gives the place a 10/10 in my book. Lieu at the front desk was extra helpful and checked in on us through out our stay. Would come back to this hotel!

This property had very friendly and helpful staff, good food options within the hotel for dinner, and situated on My An beach which is the place to be for spending time at the beach, close to good restaurants, attractions, tours, and shops. We would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to the beach and experience Da Nang.

too good to be true. every service person went out of her/his way to help. When the taxi driver forgot one bag on the curb at the airport, the man at the hotel entry door volunteered his help, called the airport where the bag was immediately located. Ombudswomen were everywhere, volunteered to book flights & other city hotels for us. While we were checking out they were scouring our room & a forgotten computer charger & a belt were found & rushed to the signout desk, so nothing was lost.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any request, night or day, and will make booking excursions or trips outside of the city a breeze. The beds and rooms are clean, and make you a very comfortable stay. Looking forward to the next time I can stay in this hotel!

Had a great stay at the Light Hotel starting from the friendly staff that took our luggage up to our room and a tour guide that helped us book tickets to get to Halong Bay the following day. The hotel is brand new so everything is sparkly and the attention to detail was top notch. Our favorite part was sharing a bottle of wine on the rooftop deck with a great view of the city.

Located in the heart of Hanoi! The location is great and makes it easy to get anywhere. The room is nice and comfortable with everything you need, and the young staff are very friendly.

This hotel was located right across from the beach, so it was very convenient! There were also lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was also really nice. The only complaint was that we could hear our neighbors quite clearly, so maybe more noise cancelation would be helpful.
