Loved the hotel, as there are some beautiful areas where we were able to have friends over and enjoy the sorroundings and have service from the bar. Very quiet area so sleeping was great with only nature sounds.
Sophie helped my son and I have safe travels in Guatemala! We were winging it and she helped guide us in a safe direction and gave us great suggestions! Rosa made a great breakfast and was always there if we needed anything! the place was absolutely beautiful!

They do have a cab service to pick you up and drop you off as they are extremely close by the airport. If your flight is delayed you need to let them know otherwise the cab will leave. You have 5 basic choices for breakfast and they are cooked right before serving it to you, keep in mind in Guatemala you do have plantain and beans with your breakfast. The place is clean and secure as they have cameras before opening the door to anyone. You can walk to the airport if you like and have lunch at...
The information online is a little bit confusing than when you get there in regards to what is included in breakfast and what is extra. That was my only issue. The property does have an elevator although small.
We stay here every time we travel to Guatemala. The restaurant is amazing, the breakfast is delicious! Staff is super friendly and I love the location m. Walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants if you want to venture out. I also love they take you to the hotel.
Excellent choice I made for antigua trip, I’ve traveled there about 6 times, I think I’ve finally found the right choice, would recommend anyone to visit this hotel, has a lot of colonial art inside. A treasure to be discovered. A++++++
This hotel is on Zone 10 of Guatemala City, one of the safer zones. The traffic in the city is very bad, but our room was at the back luckily. We had arranged a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but there was a miscommunication and no shuttle came. Luckily, I was able to phone the hotel and the front desk did then send a shuttle to the airport.

Very clean, employees were most accommodating. Somehow, I was able to make my needs clear to them. They speak very little English and I speak no Spanish. My only complaint is no face cloths were provided. But this was also the case at other hotels. It is a very safe and secure hotel. I felt very comfortable.
The staff is wonderful. Excellent service and very clean and comfortable rooms. My only complaint would be the beds seem very hard but that would be a personal preference to have a more comfortable bed.
