A nice large glass bottle of complimentary water and they offer a complimentary bottle of wine to their guests, which is really cool. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Bus loads of tourists....I guess it depends on the time of year....but they seem to disappear and even breakfast was not that crowded. The view is outstanding and the staff is very accommodating.
Loved the staff and we stayed in the Jane Lawrence room, a beautiful corner room with great views and a small balcony. The breakfast was fine and we enjoyed the location. Plenty of pretty indoor and outdoor spaces. We especially liked Amanda who was very kind to us!

Palacio de Seteais is one of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at. The location is fantastic, the palace is beautiful and the service is top-notch. The front desk staff was very welcoming when we arrived and helped us to book a trip around Sintra. The spa is also wonderful -- Catia is so kind and creates a great atmosphere for relaxation. We truly loved our experience and hope to come back soon!
We loved Sintra. The hotel was in the perfect location to explore and get to the highlights like the Palácio Nacional da Pena as well as Quinta da Regaleira. Sintra is a traditional old city that has so many spectacular views and places to see. It is wonderful.
We loved this hotel and its location. The rooftop pool deck is great. 1.5 mile walk to Cascais, beautiful beaches right across the street, the train station to go to Lisbon is a 4 minute walk, and an Uber ride to Sintra is just around $20. It really is a great hotel and location.
Everything was good. Close to sintra train station, walkable distance to sintra city center. The room was clean and breakfast is also good. Coffee machine on basement is free for use anytime.
We've stayed here many times starting about 35 years ago. It is still the most gorgeous setting and the staff is so kind and professional. Our room had a lovely view. Strongly recommend the restaurant. Breakfasts were wonderful and dinner was to die for! We enjoyed every single minute! 4 stars!

Located in a beautiful beach community, this location is ideal for a wonderful outdoor pool and close to the water for beach adventures. A great find with the price we paid! We were not having a high expectation with the price we paid. But we were surprised with what we got. The free parking space is huge even in American standard and I do not have to struggle to back in like in other places. The breakfast are wonderful and included! Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. After checking in we were given a tour of the hotel which was beautiful and breathtaking (the photos online do not do this hotel justice). Our stay at the Penha Longa exceeded all expectations. From the beginning to the end. On arrival we were met with some of the most friendly and helpful staff. Everyone went above and beyond to please and to make the stay great. The hotel is nestled on a beautiful golf course. Lots of great restaurants and a superb free breakfast every morning. I loved my stay, everything was perfect. If you want quiet might not be the place for you as it’s right next to a fire department, you hear lots of alarms, I didn’t mind it at all although some might.
