You can never go wrong with a Relais and Chateau recommendation but this place has it all. Comfortable rooms with a view of the Vaduz castle and the valley toward Switzerland. Enjoyed the Marrée restaurant and the exquisite food on the well decorated terrace. The personal welcome by the Lady of the house made this a memorable experience.

Super clean, super friendly staff, very comfortable. Very few amenities but it's a low cost hotel. Also it's on a business park so you have to drive for dinner. Not sure I'd recommend 18CHF breakfast - it was a very good breakfast, but 18CHF? Other than that you get good value for what you pay for this hotel. I'd definitely stay again.

Loved it. Clean, sleek, modern and plush at the same time. Had a room with a view of the castle. Been my favorite hotel I’ve stayed in so far on this Europe trip. Good breakfast too

Too far to go back and forth between Chur and the resort, but you won't want to leave Alpina anyway. Beautiful jaw-dropping hikes abound... Fresh, clean feeling.....too quality in every aspect. Friendly, attentive service that isn't in your face all the time.

Professional at check-in. Prompt and courteous staff. Had breakfast prepared in time for taking Bernina express. Very good breakfast spread for the size of the hotel.

Das Hotel at Säntis is nothing like a 3* hotel. I would give it 4 1/2* for sure. From check in to check out the staff looks sfter you, is super friendly and help ful. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. View of the mountain is stunning. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast buffet as well as dinner. Quality of the food is very high using a lot of regionally sourced products, inclusing cheese from the cheese fsctory across the street. We especially liked the short-holiday package...

This property is excellent, especially if you are renting a car and like to make your own food while you travel. Modern, sleek, cute, and well accommodated with convenient parking. We had a really nice stay!

Arrived after dark after a flight from the U.S. and train to Chur. Stayed one night as we took the Bernina Express the next morning. Hotel is modern and spacious enough and convenient to the train station (8-10 minute walk). Breakfast was very good and early enough to catch the BE which departs at 8:30 AM. There is a good Italian restaurant across a side street from the hotel. Wish we had planned to be in Chur longer as it looked to be an interesting place to explore.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being from the USA the breakfast included items that we are used to having.

People who work here are angels -- they take care of you as of you were their family.

The property is very close to train station. The front desk Maria was very kind and helpful. I’m definitely gonna book this sharing when I come back.

This was our last stop on a trip from northern Italy before a cruise and was the best. It is in a historic building and the entire 4th floor is the hotel. Shocking to go through these beautiful old doors (there is a plaque on the outside of building) and take the small elevator to a modern white and pale Grey hotel floor Our room was small but absolutely had everything that we needed and was pleasant and spotless. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was the best on our trip....
