"Excellent staff service, breakfast buffet was great! Great coffee!"

"Our shower floor was extremely dirty. Requested for it to be cleaned, no one ever went, instead skipped our room and told me, “I have scrubbed that floor alot and it wont come off”. No trashcan in the room. Breakfast first morning, only eggs! I booked one of the suites for 6, only 2 towels provided, no extra blankets (I did ask for more and the lady was super sweet). "

"The only thing when I was reserving the room I don’t remen swing if the room was non smoking or smoking and we would of preferred a non smoking. Other then that we enjoyed. "

"Ya they were welcoming to ppl who stayed here for 2 months in a row didn't get kicked out didn't leave on bad terms but yet I come rent a room on line it's my daughter wedding & my grandson bday her little boy I had all our belongings it began to rain I had my belongs outside I got dropped off so I could get ready they cancelled my reservation cause I am on a do not rent form I was never told I couldn't come here stay can u believe what they said they didn't want me to rent rooms cause last time I had stayed to long 😳wait what well how do y'all except to get paid omg so then they made me call Expedia to get my refund my phone diescharges at wedding so I asked to use there's to finish talking expedia nope u need to leave & do it outside in the rain 😭 just wow missed the wedding daughter will never forget what was supposed to be the best day of her life was the worst "

"Shower didn’t work, I told them everyday, and nothing was done! I have had 6 guys stay there for a couple weeks , the place is filthy! We won’t be coming back"
