The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service.

We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel Saitama! The room was compact but exceptionally clean and comfortable, and having Netflix made our stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa was spotless and refreshing. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I like that the price included a breakfast buffet which was pretty good. The hotel includes lockers, a coin laundry. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the station. The rooms are a little small but comfortable. I think the room included a small fridge. I would recommend the Toyoko chain of hotels, the price is reasonable especially since it includes the breakfast.
