The location was wonderful with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our host, Sergio, was great! Our room was spacious fitting 3 of us comfortably. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely come here again! Highly recommend! We were visiting for Ironman Switzerland and it was a great location, with plenty of space to assemble bikes and store them indoors as well.

Great stay. Beautiful lake view. Immaculate facility. Only issue was inconsistent wifi connectivity in my room - just fine in public areas.

The plus room is great with plenty of space and a river view, but the classic room is very small. We appreciated having AC since it was 20+ Fahrenheit hotter than average. Beds were comfortable but pillows very flat, need to fold it in half to be comfortable under your neck. Great location.

Lovely Stay on the lake front with private dock for swimming and lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxing. Great views from the balcony. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. There are a number of free parking spots right in front of the hotel first come first served. Tip: arrive early to get one. Bus #21 runs up and down the lake from Thun to Interlaken with a stop 100ft away. Bus fare is free to guests staying in hotels in the area. Beautiful time in Thun.

Setting of the hotel right at the Lake of Thun and its big property overlooking the most spectacular Swiss mountains made the stay very special. We booked the renovated Designer Room, which is huge and beautiful. Exceeded all our expectations!!! We certainly will return to this hotel for all the above reasons.

Extraordinary staff! Spacious room, very clean and the food was out of this world - excellent quality and all made at their facilities. I absolutely recommend, including experiencing the breakfast.

Great hotel can get there from the train with a tram/bus or a brief walk 1km. Hotel was very modern and quiet. Breakfast had almost everything you would want. Will definitely visit again.

Charming hotel in the center of the Old City.

Perfect stay. The room was huge, recently renovated, with super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also big, with spacious shower. You get access to the Bains, with the hotel providing with bathrobe and towels, and an underground tunnel to easily access the pools. The village of Charmey and the valley are beautiful, with a télécabine near the hotel, so the access for hikes and other activities (such as toboggans) was very easy. This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. The hotel is located right in the middle of the old town, with easy access to restaurants, cellar bars, bear park, and the river. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, with a Nespresso maker, small refrigerator, and a TV with many international channels. First I must say this was not my first choice. I usually book the 'day of' when I arrive in a city, but this time, there was nothing reasonably priced so I found this place.
