The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.

I stayed here for one night and found this hotel by accident. It's clean, modern, has a great view, and is in a great location. My room has a view of the water. Wonderfully located hotel close to everything this wonderful city has to offer. Really, this is a perfect hotel. The only issue was at breakfast which is served at a beautiful rooftop terrace. They have at least 4 people clearing and setting the breakfast table but only one person serving coffee. Each time I asked for coffee they would say that only that one person could serve coffee (this is a vertically managed anything in Italy). Sometimes we had to wait ten minutes just to get coffee.

I became very sick while there. I don't know what I would have done if not for the hotel staff they were very concerned and even called the doctor for me and went to the pharmacy and got medicine for me. The room service staff took good care of me check in on me regularly to make sure I had food and water. I can't recommend them enough. Their kindness was amazing. If that had been in the USA I'd be sunk. A beautiful place with wonderful people
