"Had a lovely night "

"Standard room had view to back of building, so private and quiet. Not possible to adjust heating, so too stuffy at night. No fridge or biscuits in room. Bathroom had very good shower and lighting. Sufficient storage and hangers in room, but limited sockets and had to plug in kettle next to tv. Breakfast was good, but could do with more coffee machines. Parking reasonably priced and directly behind hotel. Swimming pool a big bonus, but the bins were full and needed emptying. I would stay here again as it is so convenient for visiting Durham, and for parking. The staff were also very helpful. "

"The staff were very helpful and polite. The reception was excellent clean and well presented. The bedrooms were well equipped and immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable. Overall 10 out of 10"

"Parking was easy although paying through the app wasnt as easy better to pay at desk like we have before but staff were very helpful. Everything was clean and tidy , no problems at all. "

"Stayed in a junior suite, lovely room. Very comfortable although the pillows were a little lumpy. Great shower and toiletries. Location of the hotel was perfect. Short walk from the Train Station and the hotel was right in the middle of the city. Will stay again. "
