In today's world unless its bad, a hotel is a hotel...except when the team is not just friendly but personable, genuine and authentic. And that's really what made this stay stand out. Everyone was friendly, but there were 3 that really stood out. Sadly I didnt get everyone's name as the interactions were brief. But when I first got there a housekeeper greeted me near the elevator and we had a great chat. When I was checking out another housekeep I assume she was a manager or lead, also greeted...

I had booked my room on the incorrect date. I was devastated. They were very quick to try and find me a room. They were completely booked. I left and went out to my car to try and find somewhere else to stay. They ran out and told me they were able to find 1 room available and it was mine if I wanted it. The young lady went way above and beyond to help me with my own error. I was very shocked with how kind they were to me.
