stands for its name 'boutique' property. More of high end apartment with less than 15 rooms than a typical hotel? by the Water. Beach is couple of mins walk as property is against rocky part of the wall.
Breakfast is decent with made for egg and espresso options. No on-site dining or bar. 10 mins drive to old town. couple of restaurants on the same street
Great apartment, great location , amazing staff. My family and I loved it. We recommend to anybody who would stay around Opatija / Icici . Simply an amazing stay . Our only regret , we only stayed for one night.
Our room was spacious, well appointed with a beautiful view. The pool also was beautiful and relaxing. The service was immpeccable and everybody really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were travelling with our 3 year old daughter and we had a fabulous experience. This would be a wonderful place to stay with or without children. We can't wait to go back.
A very nice old classic 4-star hotel. Beware that if you book a room with a balcony, their balconies differ very much. From very small without any furnitures to spatious with a ”roof” and a table with 2 chairs.

This is a great small hotel for few days outing. We booked three triple bed rooms. Never been there before just made last minute decission on what I read about from others on Hotels.com. Pour trip brought us here from Miami Florida and we toured the area. Hotel staff exceptionally friendly and speak other languages. Rooms adequately sized, very clean and sanitized daily upon normal cleaning. Restaurant at the property as well has very good food and variety menus available. Our grandkids ranged...
We splurged and spent the night. This beautiful hotel. After a delicious buffet dinner we ventured down for a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Felt very good, but the temperature was not as warm as we would have liked. We did not use the other wellness facilities but would have liked to use the red light therapy room if time had allowed! Breakfast was wonderful. Fabulous pillows on the bed and we slept like babies! We felt spoiled!
Nice & clean hotel. No elevator. Good restaurant and excellent beach area. It's not located in Opatija, it's 4 miles from it, and a long walk. But the beach area just in front of the hotel is really nice and not as crazy crowded as Opatija or Lovran. You can really enjoy an have a good time
