"I love the Hard Rock. We went to Atlanta City last weekend and rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. We stayed in the north tower which is a little more calmer than the south tower. I will definitely go back."

"When we checked in, the room was nice and refreshed. It was spacious enough for the two queen beds I booked for. Although the stay was for 2 nights, not one of the days did I get housekeeping to refreshen towels and the room. I had to call housekeeping to get fresh towels. It’s not at least a four star hotel, so I didn’t expect too much, but at least a day of housekeeping would have been nice. Funny thing is, they did come early morning on the day I’m checking out but told them to come back because I was still packing. My biggest complaint is how paper thin the walls and floors are. I heard every footstep outside the door, above the room and even worse, people were yelling and shouting in the hallways past 10:00 pm. My family and I did not get good night’s sleep at all. I only picked this place because Ocean’s resort next door was fully booked for the Saturday night we needed to stay. My other complaint is how old and unresponsive the elevators are. It takes 2 minutes for the doors to open and if it doesn’t, it just goes to another floor where another guest has called it. We thought we were stuck in the elevators until someone else called it. The only positive thing I can say is the big arcade in the lobby was convenient especially having a kid to have family arcade day/night."
