"Hello, I wanted to reach out regarding my stay because the experience was extremely disappointing. The shuttle was very difficult to book, and when I tried to get help from the front desk the staff were very unfriendly and rude. On top of that, there was no electricity the entire time I was there, which made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Additionally, the elevator was not working, the breakfast was not open, and overall it felt like the staff could care less about the situation or helping guests during the outage. Given these circumstances, I do not feel that the stay reflected the service I paid for and would appreciate discussing a refund or compensation for the inconvenience. Thank you."

"Room was hot. Hot tub was not. If you need a cheap hotel with close proximity to the Maverick Center, this is it. Not fancy and it’s old but not terrible. "

"Clean, pleasant staff, and convenient location. It's next to Top Golf and Winco. There's a shopping center across the street with fast-food and restaurant options. There's a kids play center called Kids Empire as well. The only thing that would make it even more awesome is a laundry room."

"This hotel was perfect for our event at the Maverik Center. Loved the complimentary LYFT pickup & drop-off at the airport. Pool & hot tub were great (clean! and generous hours). Breakfast was on par for this type of hotel, and I appreciated the menu. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, even at 3am. I'd definitely stay here again. "
