"New building, clean, nice ambiance and excellent service."

"No towels when we came in, I have to ask multiple times and came after 5hours and gave 2 only and we are 2 adults and 2 kids. And there’s falling out decayed wood/dust from the headboard of the bed.Water heater not working properly, it will be super hot and then super cold. Our next day, my kids are taking shower and suddenly water stopped. We called and said they run out of water amd have to refill. During breakfast we saw german cockroach under our table. Only nice there is the pool with the view of Mayon Volcano and overlooking to the city. Not a good experience for our first time. "

"We had an excellent stay. The resort was very clean and the staff were very nice. The resort manager was very helpful in booking us a driver to go on day trips and tell us about things to see in the area. "

"I stayed in 4 different hotels including a Lower Penthouse apartment during my holiday in the Philippines and I can honestly say Ninong's was by far the best. The room was good, clean and spacious, the pool was very good, fabulous for a night time swim but the breakfast blew me away, tons of choices something for everyone and it was hot, unlike many places where it's barley warm. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was not perfect was the tv, could'nt get it to work but this in no way effected my opinion of this hotel. Transfers from the airport are available at a very good price no rip off's here . Very happy with my stay and as a frequent visitor to Legazpi I will deffinatly be staying at this hotel again. 10/10"

"Excellent from service to accommodation. My only concern was the pet bed we were given unwashed pet bed that smells sadly."
