"Lovely helpful staff - unfortunately only hotel lift not working during our visit and we had to climb three flights of stairs for three days. Otherwise hotel beautiful with lovely members of staff "

"Check in staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was basic but well maintained and had tea/coffee machine. Location next to Kassel HBF so easy access to trains and bus transport."

It was a €12 Euro ride from Wilhemshöhoe Bahnhof, which is not bad. Great if you want to spend a night in Kassel. "

"No hot drink facilities in room. Specific room request was actioned. Bed/pillows were comfy and room a good temperature. Hotel immediate surrounding area looked a bit run down/almost industrial area, but hotel itself was lovely. Quiet and well-maintained. We were only there as passing through, but seemed to have plenty of facilities for those looking for hiking/cycling the surrounding areas."
