"Seemed like everything was broken. The pool broke right before we got there, they claim, along with sauna. They had mentioned that the whirlpool was broken, after talking to a tech., I was told it had been broken for 3 years. The office center was no help, because we needed to print something and they were out of ink. The ice machine on 1st floor was broken. Free breakfast was not bad, but you had to get there early."

"Pool was GREAT. Truly. Big poop. Big space. Kids loved it. Room was solid. Breakfast was ok. Initial staff that checked us in was great, the other staff essentially treated us like we were an inconvenience. And when we were just loading up the cart / leaving the room, the phone rang at 11:02 (I know this was the exact time because I checked my watch) with the old man up front barking at us "uh, you know checkout was 11?!" "Great 3 night stay for parent and kid. Climate control unit had an "always on" option for the fan, which is nice for white noise. Nice staff. Pool slightly cooler than I'd pick but still fun, and had water squirters and goggles available. Good hot and cold breakfast, plenty of options. Close to interstate for easy access, and right by gas station with convenience store. "
