"I think it’s a new decorated hotel. Staff are warm and friendly. Parking is easy. The only not good thing is Breakfast. Few meals and quantity cause wait at the peak of breakfast."

"This hotel has an excellent location right on the water with great amenities;pool, restaurants, beach chairs, towels, water sport rentals, etc. the main parts of the hotel were updated but the rooms are terribly outdated, the mattresses Must be at least 20 year old, not comfortable at all. "The location was amazing as it is right across from the beach. It was so convenient. It was helpful to have a foot wash off. Sadly the pool was not functioning and did not know that prior to coming. The staff was kind and friendly. The room was missing an area to hang wet beach clothes (maybe a clothesline in the bathroom). For the price, we could not argue."

"I’ll start by saying the owner was very kind and the beds were clean… now please read. When we pulled up with our 3 kids I was ready to turn back around and drive 5 hours home. It is next door to what I think is a SRO or homeless shelter… there were people slumped over, swearing, yelling, smoking, openly doing drugs all day every single day, like it’s BAD. Now to the motel grounds, the first half seems to be long term residents who were ALL sitting outside their rooms smoking with doors open...
