"Well, the hotel needs to work on a better maintenance, the wall paper on the bathrooms is falling, there is rust every where on the building, lots of old furniture thrown behind the building. And the show at night is very poor, almost a waste. On a good note, food was wxcellent, the slides are good and hopefully they are planning to add some more. All and all a good experience, but needs a little tighting up to make it a better experience."

"Super super old hotel! If you been to AllInclusive in Mexico that would be ammenities from 1990s… but service amazing, food was pretty good! Very Old rooms but AC blasting good Zero complains for such an outdated property!!!"

"The establishment is enchanting! We only had dessert at hotel restaurant but it was delicious! The grounds are easy to explore and the frog habitat and walking trail are 100% worth it! We learned and saw so much, even a sloth within arms reach. The staff were helpful and when we had a leak in room from a down pour they quickly got a room change for us. We can’t wait to visit again!"
