The staff went over and above! They were friendly and helpful. The room clean and fresh. The views were magnificent and the location perfect for business and pleasure travel. I will happily return on my next trip to Leiden.

It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Hoofddorp train station. There is a direct path just for this hotel.

This great hotel was the nicest of the 3 hotels in Amsterdam & The Hague. Comfortable, generously sized rooms, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, and a quiet yet central location. We'll definitely come back here and use The Hague as our base for visiting nearby areas.

Excellent location in the Hague. Near fun shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Quiet, clean room. Property was in excellent condition and i would return in future. Recommend.

This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly. There are not shops on site, but the hotel has a wonderful free shuttle service to and from the airport, where you can get food, souvenirs or just people watch! It was a good choice to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was afraid to stay here because there were many negative reviews. However, I was actually surprised at how cleans and comfortable it was. The staff was friendly. And there is a major bus station that can take you anywhere in Amsterdam. I will definitely return because it’s a good value for the money.

I had a small single room, with bathroom. Everything I needed was there, except an iron and ironing board, which came as soon as I requested it. The reception staff were great. The hotel was extremely quiet and convenient. I don't have a single criticism. I asked for more coffee for my room and got plenty.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, beautiful neighborhood. All the personal were friendly and helpful. Specially a girl from Venezuela. The night of the check in I got to borrow a charger for my phone because my luggage was delayed. I appreciated the kindness. I will definitely recommend this place… Sara from Miami
