The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly stood out and made my stay even more special. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided and of excellent quality. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kagoshima. I would definitely love to stay here again!"

"This hotel is quite close to the Sakurajima ferry terminal which is very convenient! It's also just a walk away from the shopping district, but far enough away to still be quiet. The room had a bit of a weird layout and I kept accidentally walking into the mounted TV. The bathroom was a good size and comfortable enough to take a bath in. I would recommend skipping doing laundry at this hotel or in Kagoshima generally as it's quite a bit more expensive than other places. The breakfast options were interesting, though scheduling a time was a bit inconvenient. We still enjoyed the breakfast choices!"

"The hotel has a beautiful waterfront view. The room we stayed was a bit old but spacious and had a table snd chairs which was very convenient for eating. There were 2 convenience stores and Bento (take away food) shop in front of the hotel. There is a bus stop to go to CBD in 5mins walk. A Bus takes 20-30-mins to CBD, only 230yen (like $2) and a taxi takes 10-15 mins less than 2000yen (like $20). The breakfast buffet was great, a lot of good choices and friendly staff, Tanimura san was very friendly and looked after us very well. We appreciate their hospitality. Overall it’s a good hotel in a quiet area with friendly staff."
