Nautilux was great ! We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel location is perfect in reythmno. A nice stroll along the beach adjacent to all the stores , dining , bars etc. The Nautilus suite was spacious clean and direct view to the sea. Buffet was decent. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star buffet though. Drinks were 5 star however. Direct access to beach. Beach is sandy but becomes rocky once you’re in the water. Staff were great and friendly. Nicely located near the port and old Rethimno town. Friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast included many items and even the jams and breakfast bars were homemade. Something we learned (after the fact) is that you can control electronically your wishes for privacy (i.e., cleaning of room, etc.) by pressing certain buttons. Make sure that you understand how everything works at check in! Very nice stay overall!

The rooms and property were fantastic, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful and the food was delicious, great service! The only difficulty was finding parking for our rental vehicle but that is true for every hotel near the beach. It’s on the outer edge of Rethymno, making the location less crowded than the old town streets near the port. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the port from the hotel, but we didn’t mind the walk. We would absolutely book here...
