"Alessandro was very welcoming as soon as we walked in. This has been the best hotel experience we've had thus far and we are world travelers. We arrived late and tired, we had dinner at the hotel and were very happy with the food and as well as the service. We stayed in the junior suite - its not abundantly clear on Expedia, but its a king bed and a pull out double bed. It was perfect for our family. "

"Room was spacious clean and , the staff where amazing & the choice for breakfast was vast, traveled at wrong time of year to appreciate the outside but may have to revisit in summer to sit outside with a cold beer."

"The room was clean but the shower water never got hot only luke warm. Mostly cold. "

"Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Bathroom in the room had a strong cigarette smell (which did not go away overnight). Mattress was firm as a rock and pillow very thin. "

"The room was cold and the blanket given where too thin. Also the restaurant food was definitely microwave food because the lasagna was cold in the middle! I have to was not impressed after spending so much in the restaurant. The only good thing was a particular lovely member of staff who was really helpful with me when I needed assistance. "

"The villa is lovely, staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Few things to improve is the cleaning in the room I stayed as it needed to be cleared from dust and webs. Being an old villa with high sealings I understit can be challenging nevertheless the room was dusty which didnt help my daughter's allergy. However the room was big and comfortable and they provided water wvery day which was nice and appreciated. Another downside was the bathroom in the corridor. Overall it's a lovely place with friendly staff and I ebjoyed ny time there."
