"The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. "Excellent Value for a 5 Star Hotel located near Chinatown in the Clarke Quay area. Close to restaurants and next to a MRT (Singapore Metro Station). Friendly desk staff and excellent breakfast buffet. "

We learned after one day that you barely have to go outside to access the MRT City Hall station. You can go into the mall next-door and down to level B2 and there is a shopping mall system that extends all the way over to the MRT station.
