"Very good view of the Meriken Park. Enjoyed spending time and people watching in the balcony. Very close to the harborland. Mosaic is walkable if you get hungry, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Ate at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, turned out to be quite good."

"The AC was only set to heater or fan, and I couldn't seem to change it to cool, but fortunately it was a cold night so it was fairly comfortable. It was a very nice hotel, and not too far from Sannomiya station, which has loads of restaurants and shops! There was also a nearby convenience store for late night snacks. The property was very clean and quiet, and I had a lovely two nights there. I would definitely go back again if I am in the area!"

"Great location, but beware of the name-sister hotel closer to the station. I went to the wrong hotel the first day. Some of the staff spoke excellent English (which can be rare in Japan), and I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are small, but acceptable. Too few laundry machines."
