All Staff(concierge, bellboy, reception, restaurants, lounge, room service, cleaning) were helpful, excellent and they do their work with extra care. All food and beverages (breakfast, lounge, room service and at restaurants) are very delicious with high quality ingredients). "The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"This hotel was nicely situated within 20 minutes walk of a lot of fun areas and a 4 minute walk to Hatchobori Station. The room was super spacious with great little kitchens and the hotel had a great laundry room! We really appreciated the friendly and very helpful staff as well. We will definitely be back and search it other Mimaru hotel when we visit Japan again."
