"Check in a different hotel. Yes it was stated in the booking instructions in a small letter. Hard to find a check in and the staffs were busy for nothing talking each other while I was checking in as if not is there. Lack of training and service mind. Inefficient process and the queue was mingled and we purely rely on the luck. Our room was in a different building and the path has many stairs. With a heavy luggage, you will have definitely hard time. The rooms are totally different from photos....

"We were a bit confused with the check-in process but once we found our room all was great. The room was spacious and it was lovely having the terrace. The resort is a half hour walk to Piran and there are plenty of dining options along the way. The only complaint was there was nowhere to purchase water after 10.30pm."

Despite the rooms small size, they were comfortable, well appointed functional and the bathrooms were awesome. The breakfast was also quite inexperienced. Very typical European breakfast options that even more than you could ever possibly imagine. Getting to use the pool and spa center and jump into the Adriatic was a major plus. "Please avoid, this is a scam, travelled a month through Europe and this was the only terrible experience. They must scam the rating system, because they are over 4 stars, was lazy and booked based on that, later saw the reviews and regretted. Booked two nights but left after one.
