"I loved staying in this apartment. Everything was perfect. The owners were really helpful. The location was good - close to tram stops, bus stops and a train station. It had a lovely balcony where I sat and watched the birds on the trees. There is a lovely park nearby. The apartment had everything you would need. It felt like home for my 10 day stay."

"The hotel was pleasant, and the room was clean and had a small kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. However, we found the name “Deluxe Apartment” a little misleading. There was a photo of a duplex apartment on our booking confirmation, so we thought that was the Deluxe Apartment we had booked — we were expecting a “wow!” Unfortunately, our room was not the duplex one😂 The area was quiet and peaceful, and it’s a beautiful neighborhood. Free parking was available around the hotel, which was very convenient."

"It was located nicely by the subway station. The address actually takes you to the back of the building at the student entrance. Make sure they drop you off next to the Japanese restaurant."

"I could give more stars if I could. This is a lovely clean hotel with very polite and helpful staffs. The environment is so clean and quite we had a very good stay here. We were travelling from UK to Turkey by car. Our first stop stay was this hotel as we left the following day 2 hrs later the kind gentlemen called us and has said we've forgotten out passport folder with all our documents and passports so we had to turn back from Hungary back to the hotel. He was so kind and helpful and has said he will wait at the hotel untill we arrived. We got our folder at last and it's all thanks to the young man at the reception."

"- There is no staff on-site, and staff do not always answer the support phone number. - The key pad on the kiosk is terrible. They ask for lots of verification information, and it's painful to type it in on a poorly operating keypad. I restarted the process twice because of the keyboard. - On checkout the kiosk wasn't working at all - They use an access code rather than an access card. This has pros and cons, but having the break out your phone to find the code is a pain - The rate was fair. - The room was clean and comfortable. - The D tram runs in front of the hotel. - There is underground parking"

"THE best bed we have ever slept in when away from home, so comfortable we got up late most days. Amazing bathroom with walk in shower (perfect for mobility issues), great communication from the host. Lacks a few basics in kitchen hence 4 not 5 star rating, no vegetable peeler, measuring jug, casserole dish / baking tray or draining board (there was a dishwasher but after cooking a meal due to allergens some things just need to be washed by hand). Cleaning service mid-week was unexpected but lady was lovely and swapped our towels. Would have liked a broom so we could sweep floor ourselves. TV allowed us to log into our Netflix account so we could watch programmes of our choice of an evening, great balcony and soundproofing. Overall very happy and would stay again. Florisdorfer station a 5 minute walk as advertised so very easy to get to central Vienna."
