"This place should be 5 star rated. Best stay for us in India. Everything was perfect. Food was marvelous and the rooms very well decorated, maintained and comfortable. There was filtered ( reverse osmosis) water available to every guests. The staff was up and running cleaning the building and the lawn. Evening had music and folk dancing. We had the privilege to meet the owner who took his time to talk about the history of the building and surrounding areas. One can never go wrong with this...

"Room was amazing and breakfast good. Seemed to be in a quiet area but ubers are cheap enough to get around. However. We used it as a pit stop on our guided trip so never had the intention of exploring from there. Pool was nice. Had a few drinks and some food on the evening. Decent enough. "

"Not worth 4-star. There was construction in the room next door throughout the day. Sheets are dingy and bathroom not very clean. Staff are nice and friendly. Cheaper if you book directly."

"Please bear in mind, it is no palace. It is an ordinary building with clean rooms. The area where breakfast is served is a small room and breakfast in itself is very basic. Payed such good money thinking would be special place to stay both children and adults were all left a bit disappointed."

A charming haveli which has been sensitively restored, it is in one of the bazaars of the old city, so close to everything, but also not noisy at night. " This hotel was great for our family of four. Our plane didn’t land until 12 am and so we had contacted our the hotel to let them know around 3 pm that day. When we arrived at midnight it was very tough to wake up the staff and they were not prepared for us. They gave us two rooms even though we didn’t need two rooms.
