The staff are helpful and courteous; rooms are clean; breakfast offers a variety. The hotel is also very centrally located. I will choose to stay there again when I next visit Kolkata."

"The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the room, especially the ceiling fan. The hotel is in a very busy market street with fantastic street food. Unfortunately the market continues well into the small hours of the night and there was a nightclub next door that didn’t close until 2am. It was very hard to get to sleep through the loud music. If you struggle with sleep this might not be the best hotel for you. "

"Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results."

"The property is new, and the facilities are well maintained. The property is a bit inside of the main road, so spotting it might be a hassle. The rooms are actually very small in size, and that is an issue(for some, maybe). Also the hotel doesn't allow food from outside(to promote their costly in-room dining facilities), which is a hassle. Overall, the stay is awesome if we don't take into account the small rooms and no outside food policy. Have stayed for only one day, so can't really comment...
