"Staff was so friendly and I loved the lobby because it felt cozy and easy to talk to other guests that were around. The whole concept of as shared space for guests to hang out is novel and more fun than expected! The room was a bit cramped for two people, but clean and great for a week-long stay. The hotel is located in a safe area and close to a train station, so it was so convenient to reach all the major neighborhoods (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harujuku, Asakusa, Akhibara, Ginza, etc.)."
