"We had a great stay at MIMARU Tokyo Shinjuku West! The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The beds were on the firmer side but overall comfortable. ​The location is absolutely perfect. It sits on the west side of Shinjuku, which we loved because it is a little quieter and more relaxed than the bustling east side, yet still incredibly convenient to the station. It's about an 8 mins walk. Pierston was very helpful at the front desk and all the other staff. ​Highly recommend this...

Beds were comfortable. Very quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend to any families needing a bit more space (and laundry facilities - washing machine but no dryer) We will be back for sure!"
