Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!"

"Very reasonable accommodation for the price, in a central location close to the train station. The property itself was in need of some modernisation and a deep clean in places but overall it was quiet and comfortable, with a basic kitchen and secure parking. Check-in instructions could have been clearer and ideally sent in advance of the check-in time."
