Great newly opened resort,The staff are friendly and helpful, our first impressions look surprised. The room is huge and lovely designed. large pool, breakfast excellent. We will return back to this place next year. Thanks all teams who had arrange special honeymoon treatments for us.

Beautiful setting

The property is close to Angkor Wat which was great because we had a sunrise tour. The host and family were super nice they made us breakfast each morning and were willing to help drive us whenever we needed it.

The staff was so attentive and cheery. The room was amazing and the pools where just the right temp. I will defiantly be coming back. 5 stars

We visited Siem Eeap for 6 days and we stayed at Pavillion d' Orient hotel. Our kids 3 and 7 year old did not want to leave Cambodia, from the moment we check in a warmth welcome with guide book, juice chocolate cake for the kids. Besides complimentary wine. Every day we also had complimentary juicy fruits. Also complimentary massage for both of us. The hotel provided tuk tuk service. You pay like 10-18 usd depending on how long you use this. This hotel is huge and palatial. It has a gorgeous pool and lavish lobby. Its decor alone, however, is not what makes it great. It’s the people who work there. Sarouen was so helpful at the front desk, and Alisa was amazing! If you are staying here, look for this beautiful and helpful lady at the front desk. She speaks English so well and is full of confidence! She is a big part of what made our stay at the hotel magnificent! And I cannot forget Rain, who picked me up at the airport even though...

A real gem in an area that may give pause to some. Staff and people around the lodge are great. I had a good experience and really enjoyed my time at the lodge.

This place is incredible! Definitely the nicest hotel I've ever visited. It's like 40km out of the city, so be aware of the need to find transportation (easy by tuk-tuk), but the area is nice and quiet, and there's lots to do. You can see Kbal Spean, Banteay Srei, and the Butterfly Center right across the street is really cool. The room was awesome and the pool is amazing. I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap

This was an amazing experience. The Cheata has a dedicated staff that exceeded my expectations at every turn and the only resort I arrived at in Asia that had a driver waiting with a sign as I exited the Airport. I departed Cambodia feeling as though I had developed a close relationship with the staff and at this point consider them friends. Other than being over priced and such. Would stay for a few months if the hotel was around $26 a day. Very nice hotel and wonderful staff.

Room was very clean and very nice. Staffs are very friendly and nice. The location was little bit far from the city but I like the calmness and peaceful environment. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Need to clean the bathroom more as my room had 4 crickets in there. Otherwise great and friendly service. Highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
