"Excellent location in the middle of the town. Good feel of staying medieval house with modern renovation. Nice views from rooftop terrace. Basic breakfast. Unconventional check in process after 4pm. Free street parking outside casa after 6pm till 11am. Fun driving through narrow medieval streets. Need careful attn navigating"

They preserved the convent well and even kept the short doors, so watch your head!! The breakfast was delicious. It is located next to the beautiful walled city of Monsaraz which I highly recommend."

"I stayed 3 nights, room was cleaned every day. Great quiet spot to base out of if you are traveling around Alentejo. The town is very cute and there are lots of beaches in each town around the alqueva. It is worth driving around for a day to see all the small villages. There are some great food options around town as well. I did not eat breakfast here but they do have a Continental breakfast area."
