"Best place to stay in Tulum! Gorgeous place. Had a fridge, stove, microwave, air conditioner in both rooms, two TV’s, high speed wifi, bikes to rent for the day for cheap! The top pool is so fun. Legit spent so much time on the top deck in the water and sun!

Naj Tulum fue una experiencia única y encantadora. Al momento de hacer check-in te hacen una limpieza para quitar las malas vibras y el estrés antes de adentrarte a las instalaciones. Las habitaciones están sumamente limpias, tienen una distribución excelente y la de nosotros contaba con un pequeño picuzzi privado. La verdad es que de tener la oportunidad de volver, lo haríamos.
This property was not only beautiful but extremely convenient for a location. Close enough to the beach and the city, a perfect medium. Bike to the ruins or into the city. Taxi to the beach and they are all easily accessible. The gym and rooftop are beautiful and peaceful. The private pool I had was so nice I can’t wait to come back. They even provide bikes for you to use it’s perfect.
Great place! I didn't want to leave. I extended my stay three more nights. The staff there are friendly, helpful and always have a smile on their faces. The environment is very boutique hotel feeling. The rooms are comfortable, stylish and clean. There's a little bar and there are food options.

Small property organized and well kept. Nice balcony over looking pool, decent restaurants the chicken dinner was bomb. My only complaint is the spa prices are very high and I’m speaking as a massage therapist. But it’s what hotel spas charge. Great stay overall close to everything.
Property is very nice and opened late January, the staff was very kind and helpful. Only downfall is it’s in the middle of nowhere and there’s nothing around but construction being done.
We had an amazing stay at Vita Tulum! Every person we interacted with was kind, pleasant, and welcoming. Our apartment exceeded our expectations. The private pool was very enjoyable as well as the larger roof top pool. We will absolutely stay here again during our next Mexico getaway!
This was our first trip to Tulum, so we were relatively unfamiliar with the town’s zones.
Copal Tulum is located on the north side of Aldea Zama, a massive new, upscale development between the village and the ocean. The area around this hotel is mostly built-out. The Copal location was convenient for a daytime walk or a M$200 nighttime taxi ride to the town center. It is also quick bike ride/taxi to the ocean.

Very glad we picked this hotel! It has a great location at the edge of the city of Tulum. All around you are shops, restaurants, bars, and if you want to go to the beach it's a short bike ride away. Hotel felt super safe with an awesome rooftop pool to getaway from all of the hustle and bustle of the beach for a day. Pool has awesome service with tasty snacks. Fantastic hotel! (April 5-9, 2019) I didn't want to stay in downtown Tulum with the traffic noise, and also didn't want to pay the high prices on Tulum Beach. This hotel was perfect and is directly in-between both in a very quiet area but still accessible to both via bike trail.
PROS:
- GREAT price for an air conditioned hotel room. One thing people don't realize is if you find a decently priced hotel near Tulum Beach, there's a good chance it doesn't have A/C. This one does!

I lo ed staying here. It was my first time in tulum and wasnt sure what to expect. The hotel is an easy walk to several restaurants and 7-11. The property was clean with a cute little balcony, where we sat in the early mornings. The room was very comfortable with air conditioning and cieling fan. We actually got cold at night. The hosts were gracious. Rented us a scooter. Gave us recommendations and helped arrange taxis and car services whenever we needed. The pool area is nice and relaxing but...
