"The host and her staff were eager to please! Very personable and available to answer questions. If you truly want a taste of Bad Urach’s marketplace area and be able to walk to great restaurants, cafes, gelato, etc, there is no better place to stay! Very clean, excellent shower, and newly redone. We stayed in May, hiked during the mornings, and then relaxed in the afternoon/evenings in this gem of a town. Five stars! "

Iy was special to wath the interation between the staff & this gentleman. We were the only giests foe breakfast - bit yiu would not know it due to the wonderful breakfast we were served. "The hotel was nice although the restaurant was not open when we arrived at 5pm on a Monday. The town had limited dinning options for dinner. It was a very quiet town. Getting back to Stuggart was a production bc the train station was closed due to construction. "

"The rooms are fine. As is the position in town. But note that there are NO humans involved. Everything is via electronics. Even the check in. Which is fine, a long as it the electronics (all computerised) works. When that fails - as it did with me and at least one other (a couple) then things fall badly apart. Word of advice, against all logic, it is probay be best to pay upfront (online). The system with paying upon arrival - while standing in the outside in the street, and in the rain... -...
