"The hotel is nestled on a side street in the bustling Providencia neighborhood - a lovely upscale area of Santiago. The staff are excellent and went the extra mile for us on a number of occasions. Rooms are basic but clean and there's an excellent free breakfast offered. I would definitely stay here again when in Santiago. In 2 weeks in SA we found this to be a top hotel - and it's very reasonably priced ! "

"This is the best place to stay in Santiago. It’s right next to the giant park. “The lungs of Santiago “ . There are many birds and the teleférico and funicular are right there. There is also a Hop on Hop off bus stop close by. The staff are all super helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was wonderful and very generous. They arranged a taxi from the hotel which was very safe and convenient."
