Star Swamp Bushland Reserve is worth a pic or two when discovering Watermans Bay. Hotels.com travelers also say the area is full of friendly people and has lots of nice beaches. It's also full of great shops and cafes, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander.
Had a wonderful stay, upon check in with Chelsey who was very sweet and patient and just overall very accommodating. Also Andrew, thank you so much for helping me choosing rooms. Btw a tip for everyone, if you want the ocean view rooms, you MUST pay for the upgrade, is worth it! Or else you won't get it. Hotel is near a nice Boardwalk full of activities and shops. It's a bit far from the city and taxis can be expensive going in to the city. No on site gym but not necessary when you can run along...
The staff is friendly and helpful! The breakfast is delicious and is served by the poolside with sunshine and a golf course. The most amazing thing is the greetings from the kagoroos on the hotel's golf course. The restaurant offers live music and wonderful choices of food. The room is clean and spacious. Also, it is close to Perth’s attractions! The hotel is suitable for families and business travelers.

Only thing they could improve is to offer late check out.
Beautiful room, we loved the balcony overlooking the marina and bathtub! One issue we had which was a bit of a bummer is the hotel lost power about an hour into our stay, so we spent the rest of the night in the dark because we were offered either just stay with no power and no refund, or leave to go somewhere else with a refund, but there were no other places available that late in the day.
I had a wonderful stay, in large part because I was able to secure a room on a high floor, where the view over the park is spectacular. The rooms on the lower floors are a bit noisier and do not have such great views. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating and the neighborhood was lovely. I will definitely book here when I next return to Perth.
This is a relatively new, beautifully furnished hotel in a central location on the Swan River next to the University of Western Australia (UWA). Our room faced the river, had a nice balcony, well-designed space, plenty of storage, and a nice large bathroom. The open-air hallways in our wing provided plenty of fresh air.
