Room was spacious with sparkling white linen and a good hot shower. Our room had a microwave which my husband found handy to reheat our Thai takeaway leftovers the next day!!!"

"Room was very small with creaky floors and very noisy overall. Elm balcony room has a shared balcony which wasn’t specified so I had people talking and hanging outside my room and could see inside my room. This is expensive hotel and I would have expected better rooms but given it’s and old building I guess that’s too be expected. Overpriced for what it is. Staff and service were excellent so that was positive. "
