This is an excellent hotel, in a surprisingly great small town that has beautiful plazas and small streets, as well as great restaurants and bars. The hotel was very nice, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a spacious room. The staff were very friendly too.

This is a great place in an amazing location! Our room had a lovely balcony with table and chairs overlooking a vineyard hill :) The 2 biggest complaints we have are the bed-too hard and the pillows-too flat and they only give 1 pillow per person. Also, it seems that a lot "outsiders" use the parking lot of the hotel to visit park and walk to the town of Barolo. Because our balcony was over the parking lot it made it a lot noiser than we'd have liked! (I think they should try to control...
We had two rooms. One the AC was very strong consistent. The other room was the AC was not great. At first we thought it was due to the heat but when we went to my mom’s room it was MUCH cooler and stayed that way. Over all we traveled with my mom who is in a wheelchair and the hotel was excellent for her and those in wheelchairs. The uncovered parking was cheaper and secure and accessible for the chair. The shower was roll in you just need to ask for a tub chair and they will provide it. Great...
