A rustic property in the quaint village of Longpont, this hotel felt a little like one of those “Restaurants with rooms” concepts that are springing up now, in that everything revolves around the restaurant, more or less. And that’s no bad thing, as the restaurant serves excellent dinners on it’s lovely outdoor terrace (with inside dining too if the weather is bad) The room was cosy and functional if a littlest basic feeling, and despite the rural. setting had the best wifi of the past dozen...

We had an absolutely divine overnight stay at the Chateau de Sacy while visiting the Champagne region of France. The hotel and room were impeccably decorated and the service was top tier. I highly recommend staying at the hotel for dinner as it was one of the best meals during our trip to France. We were only there for one night but wished that we could stay a week. I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I really hope to be back some day!
