"This was clearly the nicest place we stayed on our bike trip from Carcassonne to Sete. The host couple, Natalie and Sebastien, could not have more welcoming or helpful. Their quiet little chambres de hotes is very close to the Canal du Midi path and very relaxing. The swimming pool was a delight after a day on the bike and they served us beers poolside (extra charge). Their extremely friendly pup, Violette, was an unexpected delight. I recommend taking them up on the offer for a seat at their table de hotes as well. It was a delicious meal on their terrace. I would recommend that you consider planning each stage of your trip around an overnight stop at Le Colibri Bleu."

"Fantastic old building well preserved with all contemporary expectations of comfort and amenities. It was so enjoyable that I stayed in and cooked on the only night I had. Unfortunately. It was a unique experience."
