Nice property near the old city. Our room had a little balcony with roof top views. Modern, spacious and my wife loved the spa. Staff was warm and welcoming. Waze keep me going in circles so they talked me to a place where I could park and the valet came to get us. Room was spacious and great price makes this a terrific value. You won’t regret booking here. Just use the street name when inputting your navigation app. They replenished the mini bar daily. The toilet is in a separate area...

L'hotel est très bien situé proche des établissements d'enseignement supérieur comme l'Université Rennes 1. Un centre commercial est très proche avec beaucoup de commodités (salles de sport, restaurants). L'hotel est très bien entretenu avec un bel espace ouvert à l'accueil, des chambres très bien aménagées. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et copieux avec de nombreuses options dont des produits locaux. La chambre était calme (mais elle donnait sur l'arrière du parking à l'opposé du boulevard...
