The location is fantastic - with views of the Fontainebleau Chateau and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room was elegantly appointed, very clean, and thoughtfully presented. The beds were very comfortable and the room contained eerything we needed. We easy found uber rides to get to Vaux le Vicompte and Barbizon. Superb hotel just right for our needs, close to town centre and the chateau, good parking nice sized garden with very clean and comfortable rooms, because we brought a dog we were given a ground floor room which opened out to the garden. Very friendly and helpful staff, will certainly stay again!
This is an incredible property for gophers. The grounds have a pond that is private and natural with fish. The golf course is vast and beautiful. There is a state of the art spa., and, all is affordable.
Only negative is the 3 sometimes narrow flights of stairs with suitcases. ( not unusual for small town France but still a pain) Had also selected this hotel as the restaurant was highly rated but it was closed that night. Finally found one good restaurant after walking around ( many questionable places we did not want to try!)
